Mary Jane Slippers (Modified)

These are not the first attempt at crocheting a pair of these slippers. I used the same materials as for the easy crochet baby booties. I modified the pattern somewhat to get the results I wanted. Here is a link to the pattern for the way you are supposed to crochet them:
